Our whimsical initial plaques are made out of solid wood. You can choose either a 6.5 x 6.5 inch square; a 5 x 7 rectangle or a 6.5 inch circle. All plaques are hand painted with your choice of acrylic paint color and either polka dots are applied or it is distressed and sealed with an acrylic sealer to protect the surface. Another option is that you can choose a gingham paper to be applied to the surface and the initial of your choice painted, distressed and sealed is placed on the front. The plaque is then adorned with a coordinating bow.
Please note that all items vary slightly from the photos shown since no two pieces are the exact same.
These sit nicely on an easel (not included) or you can add a hanger to the back from the drop down menu at the bottom of this page.

Design Your Plaque Now:
1. Choose your plaque size -- 6.5"x6.5" square, 5x7 rectangle, or a 6.5" circle
2. Choose your background style -- your plaque can be made with polka dots (see Green with Pink Dots sample), sealed paper on the surface (see Blue Toile sample), or distressed and sealed (see Blue and Brown sample)

3. Choose your colors -- one background color and one accent color
4. Choose Your Hanging syle -- A bow can either be placed on top and hung by the bow itself or a metal hanger can be placed on the back with no bow.
A coordinating ribbon will be selected for bows.
