Responsibilities of Representative:

•       Representative must attend each clothing show in it entirety (not leaving the trunk and coming back to pick it up later).   Your knowledge of the orders and the clothes are needed at each show.
•        Be knowledgeable about the products and intend to increase sales.
•        Set up and present the clothes at each show.
•        Take care of the clothes.   Keep them ironed and looking their best. Before shipping them out make sure they are in the bags correctly and folded nicely.  
•        Collect money and fill out sales and order forms neatly and completely. 
•      Mail all order forms to office no later than three days after show.  The sooner you mail forms the sooner your customers receive their clothes.   Our turnaround time begins when order forms are received from hostess/representative.  

Representative incentives:

n    12% of sales subtotal over $300 (before tax and shipping)

n    20% off of clothing purchase

n    Free shipping for representative (everyone else ships separately)

n     2 clothing racks will be furnished for representative

n     Sample packs sold at wholesale price

n     Show products will be shipped directly to rep and rep must return all unsold products at a time determined by rep and M.A.H. Creations

Additional earned rewards:

Sales reaching $1,500.  additional $25

Sales reaching $3,000. additional $50

Sales reaching $4,500.  additional $75

*Cancelled orders will be deducted from your total

*Checks will be sent to you after all show orders have been completed and shipped.  

*Hostess orders apply to your credit

Hostess Responsibilities:

•         Recruit customers to attend your trunk show
•       Currently all hostesses must be local to Memphis TN OR must have a rep present at each show (if there is no rep available in your area, you may choose to apply to become a rep or you will have the option to purchase a sample show pack of items at wholesale prices)

-        20% off two outfits and free shipping on personal order

Party sales totaling $500 or more:

n     10% of sales subtotal (before shipping and tax) & 10% off of personal clothing purchase

n    Free shipping for hostess (everyone else ships separately)

Sales reaching $1,500.  $25

Sales reaching $3,000. $50

Sales reaching $4,500. $75
